No Returns on Food Products

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

This policy helps us:

  • Maintain food safety and hygiene

  • Prevent contamination or misuse

  • Comply with applicable food safety regulations


Refunds or Replacements (Eligible Cases Only)

We will offer a refund or replacement only in the following genuine cases:

  • Damaged or torn packaging at the time of delivery

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Missing item in the order

  • Tampered package received

Conditions:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos or videos of the product and outer packaging must be shared

  • The product must not be opened or consumed

Requests raised after 24 hours or without valid proof may not be accepted.

Our team will review the request and respond within 7 –10 business days.


Refund Processing

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • It may take 10-20 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider

Approved replacements will be shipped at no additional cost.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided if:

  • The product has been opened, used, or consumed

  • An incorrect address was provided by the customer

  • Delivery failed due to customer unavailability

  • The concern relates to taste, spice level, or appearance, as natural variations may occur in food products


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible
