  • Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled


6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our control

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery


7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of home-made and food products, we do not accept returns once delivered.

Refunds or replacements are considered only in cases of:

  • Missing items

Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof.
